My name is Kelly Eismann—award-winning Creative Director and graphic artist, musician, world traveler, artist, composer, innovation coach, and former horse wrangler. I am a visual storyteller at heart, as well as an ideator, creative leader, and strategist with over 25 years of first-hand experience across a diverse range of industries. I have a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on approach to leadership, as I believe that to be an effective creative leader and mentor you must fundamentally understand the work your teams are doing. It is critical to maintain an active awareness of industry trends, both aesthetic and technological to remain relevant and fluent in the language of design.
